A study I found interesting this week has to deal with how sleep -- or rather a lack thereof -- might affect the ability to recovery from exercise. 

The study was published in Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise (MSSE) and is titled “Effects of Sleep Deprivation on Acute Skeletal Muscle Recovery after Exercise.”
