Usually I’ll have a bottle of carbs and electrolytes. Not much (20–40 grams). If it’s an intense ride I might have a gel half way.

Really Interesting! Your goal is 2:20? CIM is a lot easier than running around Austin.
2:20 is A+ day. 2:20–2:22 is what I’ll be ready for.
