You go to your doctor for a routine checkup.
They check your pulse, measure your blood pressure, and probably weigh you on a scale (shoes on, of course) and take your height (shoes off, of course…what a dirty little trick). You might even get a blood draw to measure common CVD risk factors such as cholesterol and blood glucose.
