Definitely do more of these and maybe as a topic you can go into a deeper dive of what intensity levels you should be structuring your week with, and is it the same for everyone - meaning ratio of low intensity vs higher intensity.

Thanks for answering my question in more depth, Brady. I really like the idea of adding more bike to my week to get volume up. See it on my calendar and attempting to do the morning time helps me for sure. Especially with a 1 year old flying around this place too.
