Exogenous ketone supplements are commercially available and quickly becoming of interest to athletes, mathletes, biohackers, and the longevity-minded. This interest is due to the data — some peer-reviewed evidence and some anecdotal — that exogenous ketone could enhance performance and health in a variety of areas and through a variety of mechanisms.
