This week marked week 11 of my 12-week marathon training block, which I’m referring to as the “Road to Boston.”
Each week, I’m sharing details about my training, some insights, and other musings as I train for the 2025 Boston Marathon.

This week, I’m particularly interested in my Running Stress Balance—Stryd’s metric of training stress. Entering the 2-week taper phase, I’d expect to see this number start to improve a bit, and that’s exactly what appears to be happening. It’s fun to see the trend throughout this 12-week build!

One week to go! Wow, time flies. How are you feeling? Physically you seem to be crushing it, based on these logs. But how’s the mental/emotional part now with the race this close?
