That's the whole conundrum - it DOES reduce inflammation and muscle soreness. And by blocking inflammation it blunts the adaptive response to training. Why one should use on a case-by-case basis.

Would CWI reduce post training inflammation - and in this way enhance recovery?

I would like to see CWI studies done with CWI before strength training. Many people have always or shifted to using CWI as pre workout routine.
I'd be very interested as well and don't see a reason why it would hamper adaptations if done before exercise vs. after!
